Our story begins with the vision of a boy in love with the desert and concerned about those who want to know the secrets of the transformation of what is found in Nature. How wheat can be turned into bread, olives into oil and grapes into wine. Our olive trees flourish in the only Desert in Europe, in Andalucia, a unique ecosystem with more than 3,000 hours of sunshine a year and stable temperatures of 17º, on average, between the Mediterranean Sea and Cabo de Gata Nature Park, and the frozen slopes of the Sierra Nevada Nature Park. The love for nature inspired this farm to have the utmost respect for the environment that surrounds it.
