Caballo Español® Plata is a discerning selection of plots and barrels that seeks balance between fruit, aging, and freshness: a serious, gastronomic red with a long finish. SELECTION Each vineyard is vinified separately to preserve varietal and terroir identity. PRODUCTION AND AGING Minimum aging of 24 months in French and American oak, final selection by tasting, and extended refinement with bottle rest. TASTING NOTE Forest fruit, fine toast, spices, and Mediterranean flowers; voluminous palate, remarkable acidity, and persistent finish. SERVICE AND PAIRING Serve between 12–16 °C. Perfect with roasts, grilled meats, and intense seafood cuisine.
