Product Introduction

Glutinous Rice Flour is made from 100% glutinous rice (Oryza sativa) using a wet milling process, resulting in a fine, smooth white powder. It is naturally gluten-free, non-GMO, non-allergen, and free from bleaching agents and chemical additives. It is rich in amylopectin, giving strong stickiness, elasticity, and a chewy texture when cooked. It forms a stable gel with excellent binding properties and good freeze-thaw stability, helping maintain texture after refrigeration or freezing. It delivers a soft, elastic, and sticky mouthfeel, ideal for mochi, rice balls, rice cakes, and other chewy desserts.
