Product Introduction

The GI value of black rice is 55, and the GI value of sprouted black rice is even lower than that of ordinary black rice. Sprouted black rice not only retains the main nutrients such as anthocyanins in black rice, GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) content increases 2-4 times, insoluble dietary fiber is converted into soluble dietary fiber, and 20-30% of the large-molecule structure starch is hydrolyzed into single-molecule structure glucose. This makes sprouted black rice taste better and more nutritious.
