Laodingtou Egg Cake is a stamped filled cold-processed cake from Xianchang Houmai. Made with fresh eggs and high-quality wheat flour as core ingredients, added with ≥2% butter, paired with salad cream filling, carefully made through cold-processing technology.
The product adopts filling technology to create a double texture of soft cake body wrapped in dense filling, soft outside and creamy inside, with a burst of flavor in every bite.
